At Fry’s, we’re all about keeping things smooth — from styling your hair to getting your order to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Where We Ship
Right now, Fry’s ships across Australia — from the city to the surf and everywhere in between.
International shipping? Not just yet — but we’re working on it. Stay tuned.
Shipping Costs
• Orders under $80: Flat-rate shipping fee of $10 across Australia.
• Orders over $80: Free shipping — our treat.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the final amount before you confirm your order.
Processing Time
We pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow its journey
Delivery Time
• Metro areas: 2-5 business days
• Regional areas: 5-8 business days
• Remote areas: Sometimes things take a little longer — up to 10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things out of our control (like weather, public holidays, or courier delays). We appreciate your patience if your order takes a little detour along the way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk folder — sometimes we end up there by mistake.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order is handed to the courier, it’s out of our hands — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes missing. If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, contact the courier first. If you still need help, reach out to us at hello@fryslore.com and we’ll see what we can do.
International Shipping
We’re keeping it local for now, but if you’re overseas and keen for Fry’s to come your way, let us know. The more demand, the faster we’ll make it happen.
